■ 3 year worry-free warranty
In accordance with our “Free Repair Policy” we will perform a free repair for 3 years from the date of purchase. (including LCD panel, backlight)
However, the organic EL monitor has a 1 year warranty period.
■ No bright point guarantee
If there is any brightness (pixels that are not same color) for 3 years from the date of purchase, it will be covered for free repair only within the warranty period. Please contact our customer center if you find any flaws that may seem to shine.
■ Free business trip repair service for more than 27 inches of computer monitors (covering areas are expanding to the field). )
Monitor cannot be used while in the repair center, and will affect the job.

In response to other customers’ concerns, we introduce a free personal business trip repair service for large computer monitors over 27 inches.
Compatible products are PC monitors that are larger than 27 inches made by LG (only for monitor products made in Japan).

■Okinawa Prefecture free business trip repair service (inch-limited)
We also have a repair center in Okinawa Honjima and introduces a free business trip repair service for individuals.
Previously, because the repair center was only in the state, it takes about 10 days to repair the shipping from Okinawa (including the shipping time), but when you start business trip repair, you can quickly hang it at home and repair it on the spot. Also, if you live in Okinawa remote islands, the repair center is located in Okinawa Main Island, therefore, it will be reduced repair schedule compared to shipping to Honshu and receive service faster.
This service will fit all inches without any restrictions on the size of your monitor.
Compatible products are only Japanese monitor products purchased in Japan.
Commercial signage and medical monitor products are not included.
■ Application for PC recycling mark
Consumer appliances have many resource that can be reused. We recommend reinventing these important materials and based on the recommercialization method of specific household appliances (consumer electronics recycling law). We offer a free PC recycling mark for customers who purchase our products without the PC recycling mark.
